BedStuy mixed use

A mixed-use building in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bedford Stuyvesant showcases a unique blend of historic, industrial, residential, and commercial elements, creating a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere. The structure features two-floor through duplexes situated above a commercial space that currently houses a wellness and chiropractic practice.

 

the fully exposed building is clad on all sides with mineral fiber cement panel, the system is both adhered and fastened for maxium diemnsional stability and wind resistance. The facade system is fire and weather resistant, and requires little, if any maintenance.

the living room was opened up and received a concrete bench, fireplace and stair and the rear wall, leading to a rear garden via a deck above the atelier below.
